Day 1

Tehran- Tabriz

You will arrive to Tehran and transfer to Mehrabaad airport to fly to Tabriz. Upon arrival in Tabriz your guide is going to meet you in airport and transfer you to hotel. Your tour starts in Tabriz by visiting El Guli Park and Tabriz grand bazaar |

Food attractions: North-western area of Iran is home to many delicious cuisines. The most known food of Tabriz is Tabrizi Kufte. It is made from a paste of minced meat, various fragrant vegetables and split peas. Then it is shaped into a large ball filled with nuts, caramel onions and barberry (also an egg if you like).

However, these large balls then are baked in flavored tomato sauce. Another food is made with a mixture of rice, split peas, onions and vegetables wrapped around grape tree leaves.
Moreover, these bits are then baked in water. Tabriz also has many great sweets. Qarabia is one especially for occasions and expensive too. It is a mix of sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs and lots of different nuts like pistachio.

Day 3

Tabriz- Kandowan

Early in the morning you are going to drive to Kandowan a rocky village in the heart of mountains near Tabriz |

Food attractions: The mountain village of Kandovan with its cool cold climate has best nuts like walnut, almond and hazelnut. Another high quality product of this area is “dried fruits“.

Day 4

kandowan- Ardebil

Driving to Ardabil, you are going to start your tour after settling in hotel. Ardabil city tour consists of visiting tomb of the great Iranian Sufi Sheikh Safi Ardabili and then Anthropology museum |

Food attractions: first you will eat koobideh Kasei boil at Ardebil saei restaurant. Ardabil is located in the highland parts of Iran so one of the favorite dishes of people there is different kinds of soup or as Iranians calls it Ash. The best known of them is probably Dough Ash is made of chickpeas, rice, vegetables, and local Dough or yogurt drink. Sometimes it has little meatballs too.
However, another Ash which is special to Ardabil is Fruit Ash. Anyway, a heavenly mixture of various dried fruits like plum and cherry baked with meat and vegetables. For those who love meat, Ardabil offers Saj Kebab made with meat, onion, local bread, and yogurt.

Day 5

Ardebil-Masouleh

Drive to Masouleh, and through the way you will visit one of the best roads of Iran, KhalKhal and Asalem Road |

Day 6

Masouleh- Ramsar

After visiting Masouleh, Drive to Ramsar and Javaher Deh village.
you can visit Tele-cabin in Ramsar and enjoy the nature | Overnight Ramsar
Food attraction: Baghale Qatogh and Withe fish kebab with Sir Torshi side dish. People of Iran northern cities are great chefs making magic with fish, meat or even just vegetables. Famous seafood Malabij is cocked with local Caspian fish filled with vegetables, nuts and pomegranate sauce and then barbecued. However, another food is Mirza Qasemi, a mix of barbecued eggplants, tomato, garlic, and eggs.

Day 7

Ramsar- Izedshahr- Tehran

Drive to Izedshahr to experience the food at Asoo Restaurant. Then drive to Tehran | Overnight Tehran

Day 8

Tehran

During the city tour of Tehran you can visit Golestan palace, Bazaar, and have lunch at Haj Sadeq restaurant.
then visiting Milad Tower and nature bridge | Overnight Tehran
Food attraction : Dizi, When Abgoosht cooked and served in stone crock pots it’s called Dizi. Whether the name is Abgoosht or Dizi, you should absolutely try this traditional cuisine when you travel to Iran.

The food has been cooked for so many years and therefore ingredients and recipe of it has been changed in different part of Iran. It used to be cooked by lamb, onion and chickpeas only, but nowadays tomatoes and potatoes also added to the stew. However, the way it’s served is still remained the same in all over the country.

Day 9

Tehran- Kashan

Good morning, today you do not have your breakfast at hotel, hurry up, maybe the Kale pache will be finish if you want to sleep more. you have it at Shir Khoda Tabakhi.
After eating breakfast, you will visit Saad Abaad palace and Jewelry museum. Drive to Kashan | Overnight Kashan

Food attraction: Kale pache, You can not get to know Iranian cuisine without trying “Kale Pache”, an Iranian classic dish, made with a sheep’s entire head and its hooves. Some consider it as an energetic breakfast while others avoid it because of rich amount of cholesterol. Perhaps, firstly it seems a bit frightening when different parts of sheep’s head including brain, eyes and tongue are served in your plate.

Day 10

Kashan- Tehran

you can visit Tabatabaie and Borojerdi houses and also Agha Bozorg mosque of Kashan.
Drive to Isfahan | Overnight Isfahan

Food attraction: In Kashan, Koufte Ab Somagh is a delicious famous meal. When you decide to make it you have to put sumacs in water for a night so the extract of it get ready. Sumac was readily founded in Iran and it had been intended for use as a medicine or as a dye for coloring leathers or Fibers for carpets. It could reduce the blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Day 11

Isfahan

The tour of Isfahan starts with the great Imam square and the various attractions inside including Shah and Sheikh Lotf Allah mosque and AliQa Pu. After having lunch in a traditional museum in the square you can visit Vank cathedral in the Armenian neighborhood |
Overnight Isfahan
Food attractions: The well-known traditional food of Isfahan is for meat lovers. However, it is Beriani and served with bread and meat stock. Isfahan also has many delightful sweets and desserts. Anyway, try Freni which is a creamy dessert and have Gaz and Pulaki beside your tea.

Day 12

Isfahan- Shiraz

through drive to Shiraz, you are going to visit Pasargadae, Necropoli and Persepolis en-route | Overnight Shiraz

Day 13

Shiraz

In Shiraz, you will visit Nasir Al Molk mosque, Eram Garden, Karim Khan citadel, Vakil mosque and bazaar.
Food attraction: The traditional food of Shiraz named Kalam Pulu is rice mixed with slices of flavored cabbage and little meatballs. Food lovers who like fruity tastes can try rice baked with cherry or carrot. However, Paludeh is the famous desert of Shiraz in all Iran. It is a kind of traditional ice cream. It served with local sorbets and juices like lemon juice or orange blossom extract.

Tonight you have farewell dinner and eat Shishlik (lamb's meat)

Day 14

Shiraz- Departure

Today transfer to airport and say good bye to Iran and its foods, but you will never forget it. :)
